You can buy on-line using the on-line store which is fully secure, all you need to do is browse the catalogue, choose the items that you require and add them to your cart. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on album detail pages or on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.

We shall have no liabilities to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or any delay in delivery which is due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, or any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Schedule: We try to post your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in <2> business days . International orders are generally received in under <7> days. Bank holiday periods may take longer.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges: No VAT is added or charged

Credit Card Security: All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption provided by Worldpay software. They are only decrypted after they reach the computer belonging to the credit card clearance company. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee: Customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt of goods. However, products must be returned in their original condition. Cancellation: You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to Returns Dept at the address below.

Special Note: Due to the nature of the product we sell, (Easily Pirated) we only accept returns if the complaint results either from an error made by us or from a defective item. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to Returns Dept at the address below: We will replace any faulty C.D.'s. Please contact us before returning a C.D. You will have to return it in pristine condition. We will only send a replacement once we have received the faulty C.D. and checked it. We can only replace faulty C.D.'s with the same item as returned

You must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 30 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
